Leisure Centre Attendant Job Description">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest care and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in our leisure centre.
  • Provide efficient service to all guests, taking orders promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with swim lessons and other classes as required, supporting the development of our customers' skills.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings, being able to recommend and promote them effectively.
  • Clean and maintain all leisure centre areas, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Work flexible shifts, including morning and evening hours, with opportunities to work 3-5 times a week.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a Pool Lifeguard qualification or equivalent, ensuring the safety of our guests at all times.
  • Be an Assistant Swim Teacher or have relevant experience, allowing you to support the development of our customers' swimming skills.
  • Have a Qualified First Aider certification, enabling you to respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Possess a nationally recognised NCEHS/NCEF Fitness Instructor qualification or equivalent, enhancing your ability to deliver high-quality fitness sessions.
  • Hold a National Swimming and Spa Pool Certificate (NSSPC) if possible, further demonstrating your expertise in this field.
