Lead, manage and motivate a team of Cinema Hosts on shift, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and operational delivery
Act as a role model and coach to your team, providing support and development opportunities

Take ownership of shift management, including delegating tasks, handling guest concerns, and maintaining health and safety standards
What You'll Bring:
Leadership/Supervisory experience in a customer-facing or hospitality/retail/entertainment/leisure environment
A strong communicator with the ability to lead, inspire, develop and engage a team
A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results
A genuine passion for delivering a memorable guest experience
Flexibility and awareness of our unique industry – you understand the dynamic nature of cinema, from blockbuster releases to independent films.
You're comfortable working varied shifts, including late finishes, and have a reliable and safe way to travel to and from work.
