About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Bar Service Person at a reputable hotel in Waterford. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that guests receive a professional, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Order Taking and Management: Take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all guest needs are met.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all food and beverage offerings, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
- Cash Handling and Security: Carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with company policy and maintain accurate records.
- Varying Shifts and Flexibility: Work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, and nights, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule.
