Customer Service Representative Opportunity
This is a part-time role based in Waterford that involves delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a passion for supporting clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality service via phone
- Use systems effectively to handle queries
- Achieve and maintain quality metrics
- Maintain a high level of first call resolution and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Passion for delivering exceptional service
- IT literacy
- Confident telephone manner with strong communications skills
- Self-motivated and friendly with a positive outlook
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Team player
Working Conditions:
- Minimum 20 hours per week
- Business hours: Monday (5pm-9pm), Friday (5pm-9pm), Saturday & Sunday (11.30am-8pm)
- On-site at our offices in Waterford
