
Leader of Exceptional Customer Experience

This is a high-profile opportunity to lead and manage a team of professionals who are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and quality.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an efficient and effective team, supporting the delivery of a 5* service, and working closely with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
The role requires strong leadership and management skills, attention to detail, resourcefulness, experience in people management, passion for customer service and hospitality, and resilience and adaptability in changing situations.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and business performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Continuously develop and enhance skills and knowledge to remain up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
- Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
