About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our clients, handling their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through active listening, selective questioning, and problem-solving skills.
- Use systems and tools effectively to handle customer inquiries.
- Achieve and maintain service level statistics.
- Maintain high levels of first call resolution and quality assurance.
- Contribute to overall team performance within your specialized department.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is a pre-requisite for this role.
- Possess passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Be IT literate and confident with strong communication skills.
- Show self-motivation, friendliness, and a positive outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work as part of a team.
- Strong attendance, performance, and adherence to policies are essential for this role.
