We´re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join an international team in Portugal. What Youll Do
  • Be the friendly face of of the client, supporting customers via chat, phone, or email.
  • Resolve queries quickly and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution with a personal touch.
  • Own complex cases from start to finish, ensuring fairness, transparency, and excellent communication.
  • Support investigations into fraud, disputes, and complaints with accuracy and empathy.
  • Spot and support vulnerable customers, escalating when needed.
  • Share your knowledge with teammates, helping to improve training and processes.

What You´ll Bring
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) written and spoken.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in banking, insurance, or financial services.
  • At least 12 months of experience in complaints handling, fraud & disputes, or working with Mastercard/Visa scheme rules.
  • A proven ability to meet targets while delivering top-tier service.
  • Empathy, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help people.
  • EU passport or Portuguese residency card (mush have).
