Supply Chain Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Operations leader to spearhead strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work in a dynamic environment, aligned with the Supply Chain Operations team, and be committed to project delivery, continuous improvement, process understanding, personal development, and demonstration of process techniques that result in agile and compliant supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement SCO projects that add value to Supply Chain Operations.
  2. Ensure operational readiness for manufacturing campaigns for new and existing products by leading cross-functional teams.
  3. Supply Chain Operations lead for CapEx projects and enterprise projects, including the development of LRP projects for SCO.
  4. Lead infrastructure enhancement projects related to the Supply Chain Operations (SCO): warehouse storage areas, dispensary, and sampling operational areas.
  5. Implement business process excellence within Supply Chain Operations (e.g., 5S, SMED, Leader Standard Work, PPM & Standard work).
  6. Initiate and lead productivity and value enhancement projects for Supply Chain Operations.
  7. Support internal customers to ensure all operational activities are current and comply with cGMP conditions.
  8. Partner with peer groups to ensure SOPs, training records, and other documents are current and compliant under cGMP conditions.
  9. Ensure areas meet compliance standards and highlight any issues for resolution.
  10. Develop and demonstrate an active approach to safety, industrial hygiene, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, operations management, or industrial engineering required.
  • Continuing education initiatives highly desirable (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, industry-specific coursework).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with excellent knowledge of material operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with other functional groups to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMPs (US & EU), OSHA, ISO, and other regulatory agency standards and requirements applicable to material operations in a pharmaceutical production facility.
  • Demonstrated experience working with device assembly and secondary packaging operations in a cGMP environment.
