Enterprise Jira Administrator Opportunity

Are you a seasoned Jira administrator looking to take your skills to the next level? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our global team as an Enterprise Jira Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in configuring and managing Jira instances at an enterprise scale, ensuring seamless integration with other Atlassian products and external tools. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, configuring, and maintaining projects via standardized templates and schemes, customizing all aspects of Jira administration, and providing application support for Jira and Confluence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and managing Jira instances at an enterprise scale
  • Customizing and maintaining all aspects of Jira administration
  • Providing application support for Jira and Confluence
  • Designing and implementing workflows, automation rules, and integrations with engineering and product management teams
  • Maintaining documentation and training collateral for users

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience configuring and administering cloud Jira instances at enterprise scale
  • Experience configuring other Atlassian products, marketplace add-ons, and external integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and collaboration with teams practicing Agile
