About the Role

The Area Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with both existing and new customers to drive growth within our Marine business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, while increasing brand awareness of our Marine sector. This role involves extensive travel across designated areas and requires strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop excellent working relationships with central buyers and manage key accounts with both new and existing customers.
  • Hit sales budgets through proactive identification of new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Utilise CRM for daily activities, project tracking, market, and customer information.
  • Effectively communicate market findings and customer insights to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or similar preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years field sales experience B2B with a proven personal sales record.
  • A proven history of working to and achieving sales budgets/targets is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Aquaculture industry, Marine navigation (Aids to navigation) is desirable but not essential.
