Our company is currently seeking an experienced Traffic Management Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic in designated areas, including road construction sites, events, and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely Install and Set Up Traffic Management Equipment
  • Monitor traffic flow and respond to changing conditions, adjusting traffic control measures as necessary to ensure the safety of both workers and the public.
  • Operate company vehicles, such as trucks or vans, to transport traffic management equipment and personnel to and from work sites.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, policies, and guidelines while carrying out duties, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance of traffic management equipment to ensure proper functionality, reporting any issues to the supervisor.

Additionally, you will be responsible for driving company vehicles to transport equipment and personnel to and from work sites. Our company provides comprehensive training to ensure that all employees understand how to carry out their duties safely while on site.

Requirements:
  • Valid Safe Pass
  • Manual Handling
  • Full B and/or C driver license desirable but not essential
  • Own transport essential for shifts which may begin outside of the hours of public transport
