Job Opportunity: Retail Stock Management

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled and diligent individual to join our team as a Relief Merchandiser. As a key member of the merchandising team, your primary responsibilities will include managing retail stock, performing stock rotation, and optimizing stock replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure maximum visibility of FMCG products in store through effective merchandising strategies
  • Perform daily stock rotation and place orders for optimal stock levels (involves some physical exertion)
  • Optimize the replenishment of stock on display units and sections
  • Maintain strong communication with field supervisors, store managers, and sales representatives
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on all store visits
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A hardworking and professional demeanor
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred
Working Conditions:
  • Early start: 7am
  • 26.5 hours per week (Monday-Sunday)
