Stock Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our stock management processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Review store sales and KPIs to identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies for growth.
  • Efficient Replenishment: Ensure that replenishment is carried out efficiently and accurately on a daily basis, minimizing stock discrepancies and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Training and Development: Train store associates in stock management guidelines and standards, empowering them to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure products are well-displayed, assorted, and tagged on the floor and in the stock room, creating an appealing shopping experience for customers.
  • Stockroom Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized stockroom, facilitating easy access to products and streamlining stockroom operations.
  • Team Support: Provide shop floor support to the team, helping to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
