Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to create project plans that align with client expectations and project deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, implementing corrective actions as required.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery and availability of materials and resources.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and adjust project schedules accordingly.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
  • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential risks or conflicts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in construction planning, scheduling, or a related role.
  • Expertise in construction scheduling software (P6, Asta, Microsoft Project).
  • Proven experience in Earned Value Methodology and scheduling for NEC contracts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
