AV Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a technically skilled AV engineer with 5 years of experience to support and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms and associated AV systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, deploy, and support AV hardware including Poly, Logitech cameras, Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS, and display systems.
  • Integrate AV systems with Microsoft Teams Rooms platforms.
  • Monitor AV systems for performance, uptime, and usage trends; proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting and resolution of AV issues in meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
  • Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and system optimizations.
  • Collaborate with IT, facilities, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless AV operations.
  • Deliver user training, create documentation, and support end-user adoption of AV technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in AV engineering or support roles.
  • AV System Configuration: Hands-on experience with Poly, Logitech, Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS, and display technologies.
  • Unified Communications: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Rooms setup and support.
  • Monitoring & Diagnostics: Ability to monitor AV systems and quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
