Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety professional to lead our team in implementing best practices across all sites. As Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating a culture of knowledge sharing, competence, and excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance the Construction Stage Health & Safety Plan with site teams.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of Sisk workplaces to ensure compliance.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, providing expert guidance where necessary.
  • Assist in preparing Health and Safety reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to site teams on health and safety protocols.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in construction industry health and safety.
  • An IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Health and Safety professional.
  • Temporary Works Internal Auditor experience.
  • Organising skills, time management, and performance management experience.
