Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team of retail specialists.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire others, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The role involves recruiting, training and developing a high-performing team, focusing on operational and leadership skills. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coaching team members to be passionate and knowledgeable about products, building brand awareness and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Lead trade activity, using expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.
  • Develop team knowledge to deliver resource-planned activities, ensuring hours are worked when beneficial to customers, and identify and resolve root cause issues.
  • Prioritise colleague safety, ensuring the store operates legally by coaching teams to use available security tools.
