A dynamic law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Solicitor with 6-8 years PQE to progress to Partnership Level.

Maintain a high volume caseload of Personal Injury Claims for high profile clients, ensuring regular contact and updates on case status and current Irish legislation. Experience with all Court Jurisdictions and high value High Court cases is essential.

  • Plaintiff and Defence Personal Injury Litigation
  • Claims Administration and dispute resolution

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Plaintiff and Defence Litigation, including Insurance Defence Litigation. Additional experience in Probate and Administration of Estates, General estate planning and drafting of wills, Debt Collection, Landlord and Tenant related matters, Licensing matters, and Property related matters will be highly regarded.
