Job Description\

As a senior software architect in our AI and automotive division, you will play a crucial role in defining the technical strategy for deploying hardware-accelerated neural networks into safety-critical automotive applications.

  2. Develop scalable software solutions by working with global teams of engineers and architects to design, optimize, and deliver cutting-edge software products.\\
  3. Design and implement tooling to train, validate, and deploy neural networks on advanced accelerators.\\
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape runtime environments that meet real-time and functional safety requirements.\\
  5. Guide and mentor engineering teams, influencing design decisions without heavy hierarchy.\\
  6. Support safety analysis and certification processes.\\
  7. Work closely with commercial teams to assess costs, priorities, and delivery timelines.\\

Required Skills & Qualifications\
  • \\
  • Experience building software for safety-critical applications, with knowledge of standards like ISO 26262 or similar.\\
  • Strong background in GPU, NPU, or accelerator driver development, especially in memory management and execution synchronization.\\
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages and experience with embedded platforms (e.g., INTEGRITY, QNX, or VxWorks).\\
  • Solid foundation in computer system fundamentals and a strong eagerness to learn.\\
  • Experience in requirements analysis, architecture definition, and documentation.\\
  • Collaborative style, with the ability to influence and guide diverse teams.\\
