Cultural Quarter Development Project Lead

We are currently recruiting a Setting Out Engineer for a permanent, full-time position on the Swords Cultural Quarter project in North County Dublin.
Project Overview:The Swords Cultural Quarter is a flagship initiative led by Fingal County Council aimed at establishing a vibrant civic and cultural hub in line with the Sustainable Swords Strategy.
This transformative project will feature a new County Library, a 165-seat theatre, an art gallery, arts spaces, and makerspace. Significant public realm upgrades to North Street will enhance the connection between the new Cultural Centre and the historic Swords Castle.
Designed by O'Donnell + Tuomey, the award-winning architects behind the Lyric Theatre in Belfast and the Glucksman Gallery in Cork, the SCQ represents a bold new vision for inclusive, modern urban space.
This high-profile civic development will serve as a national example of design excellence, sustainability, and cultural investment.
Requirements:A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar engineering role is required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with high attention to detail and a proactive and independent working style.
