R&D Project Manager
Location:

The Research and Development Project Manager will be part of a dynamic team in Galway, working on innovative projects to improve neurovascular treatment. They will provide technical leadership, manage critical tasks, and develop test models for prototype performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and take ownership of critical technical tasks
  • Liaise with key opinion leaders to gather user needs
  • Translate needs requirements into technical specifications
  • Identify and manage key technical risks and appropriate mitigations
  • Develop detailed project goals, plans, and budget
  • Manage direct team and across functions to deliver on performance, time, and cost targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in medical device industry
  • Strong technical leadership capability and responsible for leading and managing the technical team
  • Strong catheter design, development, and technical ability
  • Strong work ethic and creative problem solver
