Main Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure that bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas are cleaned and maintained in line with company procedures.">
  • Equipment Checks: Regularly check equipment in public areas and bedrooms, reporting any issues to the housekeeping office or supervisor/manager.">
  • Guest Enquiries: Promptly deal with general enquiries from guests, referring complaints to the Accommodation Supervisor/Manager when necessary.">
  • Lost Property: Manage lost property according to company policy, communicating regularly with the Accommodation Manager regarding its status.">
  • Department Maintenance: Maintain the department and stores in a neat and tidy fashion at all times.">
