Senior Underwriting Director

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Underwriting Director to lead our underwriting operations.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in underwriting and broking operations, with a proven track record as an underwriting program manager for managing general agents.
This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to strategize, analyze, and solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee underwriting operations inclusive of broking and underwriting programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards pertaining to underwriting processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance underwriting performance and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of underwriting professionals.
- Collaborate with management to align underwriting strategies with business goals.
- Engage in continuous risk assessment and mitigation activities.
