Interface Strategy Development Manager Role

The Interface Strategy Development Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of interface coordination are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

This includes developing interface strategies, coordinating with heads of functions to establish development and delivery functions, and ensuring efficient interfaces between various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Directorate in the development of the interface strategy, covering the entire project lifecycle.
  • Review and consider the Interface Agreement currently being developed by the client and its impact on the interface strategy.
  • Ensure that relevant departments within the commission are consulted when reviewing and developing the interface strategy and Interface Agreement.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum Level 8 degree in a relevant subject area (e.g., engineering, construction, project management).
  • Level 9 Masters in a relevant field would be advantageous.
  • Professional memberships in SCSI/RICS, CIOB, IEI, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder negotiation skills.
