Job Description:

As an HR Administrator, you'll report into the HR Manager and work alongside other professionals to provide administrative support to over 500 employees. Key duties include:

  • Full 360 recruitment administration: posting job adverts, shortlisting, scheduling, and participating in interviews, as well as conducting reference checks.
  • Liaising with payroll to conduct payroll administration and notify changes in employee attendance/leave.
  • Supporting the HR Manager and Generalist in performance review meetings, including note-taking and preparing paperwork.
  • Completing and issuing documentation regarding Employee Relations, such as invitations to investigations and dismissal letters.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring completion of all necessary documentation and personal details are up-to-date.
  • Supporting the rollout of company HR initiatives and projects to promote employee wellbeing.
