Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Carlow. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in a healthcare setting and possess excellent communication skills. They will also have a caring and kind disposition, providing a person-centred approach to the client.
The role involves providing emotional, social, and personal care to clients in their own homes. This includes assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration. Our Care Assistants must be reliable, dependable, and flexible, with a strong emphasis on maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our company policies.
Responsibilities:
