Senior Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with a strong background in COBOL migration to join our team for a long-term project.

Job Description:

As a key member of the delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will lead the design and implementation of solution architecture migrations, ensuring seamless integration with business and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed migration plans, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Partner with external vendors to validate design decisions and ensure architectural coherence, guaranteeing scalability and security.
  • Provide technical oversight, identifying gaps, blockers, and key dependencies to support informed business decisions.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful integration of complex Life & Pensions products, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mid-to-senior level experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on COBOL migration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, with a focus on scalability, security, and compliance.
