We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who wants to leverage their analytical skills and business acumen to drive success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, modelling and management, with the ability to design, develop and document complex business models. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be able to think critically and strategically, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes. They will also be proficient in a range of software packages, including Excel, SQL and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and document complex business models.
  • Analyse and interpret large datasets, identifying trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable reports and dashboards.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on business operations and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in business analysis, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and modelling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
