
Senior Claims IT Strategy Manager

As a Claims IT Strategist, you will lead the global claims platform roll-outs, ensuring timely and efficient implementation. This involves monitoring progress and taking necessary actions to ensure successful completion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive claims roadmap by regularly reviewing new claims capability requests and evaluating existing platforms' suitability.
- Drive agile implementation methodology, delivering customer-centric technology products using a wide range of Agile standards, solutions, and best practices.
- Design applications with an outstanding user experience and user adoption as essential technology evaluation criteria.
- Reorganize and optimize an existing team of 200+ internal and external resources to focus on developing code.
- Implement end-to-end technology product design and delivery using Objective and Key Results (OKRs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization as an effective communicator, conveying technical complex information in easily understood terms.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in managing and optimizing a global claims platform.
- Significant Agile delivery experience with a global stakeholder management mindset.
- A proven track record of successfully implementing large numbers of tech deliverables simultaneously.
- Direct Agile delivery experience for large platforms, ideally with low/no-code platforms.
- Substantial experience as a senior manager, having managed extensive innovation or IT migration programs/portfolios.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing large teams, including next-generation IT talent development.
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
