About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to manage our purchase ledger in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and sales orders.

  1. Invoice processing and reconciliation
  1. Sales order processing
  1. Invoice checking to ensure costs and stock quantities are correct
  1. Raising queries to resolution with employees and suppliers

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of purchase/sales ledger duties, experience using Accounting Software (Sage 50 preferred), good communication and organisational skills, IT proficiency, and high attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the purchase ledger to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and sales orders
  • Process sales orders and reconcile any discrepancies
  • Check invoices for accuracy and ensure costs and stock quantities are correct
  • Raise queries to resolution with employees and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and understanding of purchase/sales ledger duties
  • Experience using Accounting Software (Sage 50 preferred)
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • IT proficient with confident use of Excel
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy
