Job Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Employment Adviser. This influential role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to assess their specific needs, provide support and guidance, and help them create a personal progression plan. Key responsibilities include working with clients using various strategies to support development, enabling them to overcome barriers and build confidence.

The jobholder will also deliver training workshops covering a wide range of subjects from CV writing to online job searching, and explore learning and work opportunities with local employers.

Exceptional customer service skills are essential for this role, and the ideal candidate will be able to work closely with the team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support and guidance.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive and enthusiastic approach to problem solving, and a 'can do' attitude. They will also have a minimum of one year's experience in a recruitment, sales or customer-facing role, and will be fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes.
