Lead Service Manager

As a Lead Service Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the primary customer point of contact for matters related to service delivery, fault management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and escalate or resolve issues as necessary.
  • Oversee the delivery of contractual obligations within assigned contracts, including reporting contract performance and managing customer requirements.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of service failures and implement corrective action through coordination with resolver teams.
  • Attend and participate in off-site service discussions to support customers with parties interfacing to and operating equipment owned by the customer.
Requirements:
  • ITIL 3/4 Foundation Certificate
  • Experience in a Service Management role/environment ideally aligned to ITIL processes
  • Experience of working with standard IT Service Management systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience
  • ITIL Practitioner or above
  • Valid Driving License
