IT Service Delivery Leader

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery professional to join our client in a leadership capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the provision of Application Support Services across various service delivery platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To design and implement an IT Service Management framework that meets the needs of multi-client/multi-platform operations
  • To ensure Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) are utilised effectively
  • To identify and prioritise key deliverables
  • To ensure solutions align with business objectives
  • To manage costs, resources, and delivery schedules
  • To lead the delivery of IT Services to ensure systems remain operational
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing IT teams
  • Experience working in a client-facing role
  • In-depth knowledge of Software Architecture
  • Knowledge of standard IT Practices
  • Previous experience working in financial services industry would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Life Assurance industry would be beneficial

Note: This role will be based in Dublin.
