Microfluidics Product Developer

Role Overview
We are seeking an expert in microfluidic product development to join our pioneering start-up. This role provides the foundation for technical product development, applying principles of cell biology, immunology, and pharmacology to develop and solve problems involving microfluidic products.
- Develop applications and new biochip ranges in cardiovascular, oncology, immunology, respiratory, and bacteriology fields.
- Work on monoclonal antibodies, fusion process B cells, protein assays, testing, and microfluidic cards on biochips.
- Research literature to leverage technology into new application areas.
- Plan and execute verification experiment procedures and protocols to identify product specifications.
- Produce application notes, protocols, and promotional materials.
- Assist in testing existing equipment and products.
- Write and review reports, proposals, and scientific papers.
Requirements
- M.Sc or PhD in cell biology, immunology, pharmacology, biotech, pharma, or biomedical field with 4+ years of experience.
- Training in biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or biochemical sciences is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to deal with colleagues and external customers, and willingness to take initiative.
