Responsibilities- Review content, posts, comments, and user profiles to assess the escalation in line with a risk assessment matrix.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to policies and processes.
- Record relevant notes and decisions in line with policies and SOPs.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Trust Safety, Law Enforcement/Government agencies, fluency in English & Portuguese (written and verbal communication), and experience with handling and viewing distressing and sensitive content.
This role requires you to work full weekend coverage and public holidays due to the necessity of 24/7 coverage during normal office hours at least six months a year. Mandatory minimum 3 days RTO.
