- Program Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and implement community programs that meet the needs of diverse populations.
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure program success.
- Staff Supervision and Support:
- Supervise staff and volunteers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to support staff and volunteer development.
- Communication and Relationship Building:
- Build relationships with community members and stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and goals.
- Communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, and community members to ensure successful program implementation.
- Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records and reports on program activities and outcomes.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform future program planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years of experience in community program development and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a related field.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of program evaluation methods and tools.
