Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Shift Leader – Emergency Department

Join a dynamic team as a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 and take on the role of Shift Leader in our busy Emergency Department.

Job Description

The post holder will provide professional and clinical leadership within the department, encouraging staff to develop clinical expertise for the benefit of staff and users of the service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage patient flow and resources within the Emergency Medicine department.
  • Provide clinical and professional leadership to staff, promoting excellence in care delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Registered nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience, with at least 3 years in Children's Emergency Nursing.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Medicine or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
