Ballymascanlon Hotel and Golf Resort is currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie

This four-star property, situated on 130 acres of beautiful parkland, boasts a rich history dating back to 833 A.D.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all pastry products
  • Monitor ingredient stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times
About The Role:
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Chef de Partie within a food service environment, preferably in hotels or restaurants
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Passion and genuine interest in food
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations
Requirements:
  • Flexibility in working hours as this role includes mornings/evenings & weekends, public holidays
