Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a Construction Quality Assurance position that involves inspecting works installed by contractors in various locations across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct property inspections after completion of construction works according to industry standards and regulations.
- Accurately complete all documentation related to the inspection process on paper or electronic devices.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to applicants, colleagues, and contractors on construction schemes.
- Manage appointments with homeowners through helpdesk services and conduct follow-up activities including calls, emails, and paperwork.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Requirements:- Heat Pump Installer Course (preferred).
- Knowledge of insulation measures and techniques (preferred).
- Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
- Reasonable computer knowledge and technological skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand, capture, and interpret customer information.
- Fully expensed company vehicle for work-related use.
- Tools, equipment, and uniform provided for professional purposes.
- 20 days annual leave plus company holidays.
