Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing employee performance through coaching on quality and market-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enhance employee performance through coaching on quality and market-specific requirements.
- Monitor and enhance Rep performance through training on quality.
- Support Market Team Leads in educating and developing all Reps.
- Provide backup to the Training Department as needed.
- Attend and participate in meetings to review results.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, content moderation, Trust & Safety, and/or Content Quality Assurance related experience in the Social Media industry. Proficiency in English (C1 or above) is required, as well as proficiency in the specific language advertised (C1 or above). In-depth contact with local culture and social news is also essential.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to rapidly adapt to changes as per business needs, and work under pressure while multi-tasking. They will also have flexibility to work across shifts to effectively respond to and cover daily business needs.
