Junior Sous Chef Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Sous Chef to create outstanding culinary experiences.

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work alongside a passionate team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Delicious Cuisine: Preparing high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Improving Food Service: Identifying opportunities to enhance our food service and contribute to our success
  • Creating a Positive Kitchen Environment: Fostering a positive and supportive kitchen atmosphere where your team can thrive
  • Supporting the Team: Assisting the team in delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers and maintaining a positive brand image

You will also be responsible for supporting the team with ordering food, stock control, controlling food waste, overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards, and supporting the team to manage budgets successfully.

Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards, as well as Health and Safety regulations, is essential in this role.

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who can create a positive work environment where the whole team can grow and develop.
