Job Role:

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through a proactive and helpful approach.

The day-to-day role involves assisting the Team Leader and colleagues with the smooth operation of the store, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the day. This includes accepting and processing transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and managing store operations when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Team Leader and Assistant Managers with daily store operations.
  • Step up and guide store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing the store, managing and guiding the store team, and cash handling procedures.
  • Process transactions accurately through multiple channels, including point-of-sale systems and customer interactions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's products and services to customers.
  • Work under pressure, remaining calm while constantly looking for ways to improve yourself and the store.
  • Maintain store presentation standards to a high quality throughout your working day.
  • Ensure all procedures (safety, compliance, and store operations) are always followed.
  • Adhere to social responsibility guidelines.
