Job Title: Site Commissioning Manager

 

Job Description

 


  • Lead commissioning installation and programme to maximise output and efficiency whilst maintaining high health & safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor and challenge team members' performance and conduct in accordance with company procedures to drive improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching, conducting performance reviews with the team.
  • Communicate daily with Site Manager, Scheduler Team Leaders, Project Engineers, Logistics, and stores personnel to ensure deadlines are met and product installed & commissioned on time.
  • Make continuous efforts to improve housekeeping within the site environment.
  • Implement and communicate consistently all company directives.
  • Offer technical support to Site manager & surrounding team.

 

Key Responsibilities

 


  • Ensure successful commissioning of installations and programmes.
  • Lead and motivate a team of commissioning engineers.
  • Collaborate with GC (General Contractor) and specialist subcontracted vendors for offsite and onsite commissioning activities.
  • Develop and implement commissioning strategies to achieve targets.
  • Manage commissioning budgets and resources effectively.

 

 

Essential Qualifications and Experience

 


  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a site supervisory/commissioning position.
  • Proven track record and understanding of MV/LV switchgear, UPS systems, and usual datacentre ancillary systems within a modular build environment.
  • Experience using commissioning platforms such as Compass, BIM360, and Aconex.
  • Proven leadership skills to achieve commissioning targets.
  • Ability to travel and represent the company while client-facing on site.
