Project Manager

A senior role is available for a Project Management Office professional to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our Project Portfolio Management team, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring transparency across project reporting and monitoring financial projects from inception through completion.
The successful candidate will have expertise with reporting tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint, and contribute ideas for automating processes and enhancing efficiency within the PMO. They will engage with technology delivery managers to gather and present monthly status reports and collaborate with IT heads to ensure statements of work are accurately reflected in forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor financial projects throughout their lifecycle, overseeing inflight activities and future projections.
- Facilitate weekly project forums where you will present project initiations and review demand requests.
- Review and validate key project documents to confirm necessary resources and financials have been addressed.
- Support the ongoing enhancement of the PMO function by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and automate manual tasks.
