Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Director to oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of bespoke software solutions across our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate custom software development projects across multiple departments and teams.
  • Collaborate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
  • Translate customer needs into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
  • Evaluate and implement tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency and quality.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project management or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP).
  • Background in developing or overseeing enterprise-grade applications or platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to drive our software development efforts forward. They will be responsible for ensuring that all software development projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
