Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Portfolio Management Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main liaison and point of contact for all matters relating to the accounts.

  • Preparing management accounts, financial statements, and coordinating audits.
  • Managing audit processes, preparing and filing VAT returns, Central Bank reporting, and other ad hoc projects.
  • Taking care of day-to-day operations, following up with third parties, and handling company accounts.
  • Assisting in bank account opening, processing payments, and attending requests from senior-level staff.
  • Participating in board meetings and shareholders' meetings, reviewing tax returns, and tax balances.
  • Preparing VAT and VAT RTD returns to the Irish Revenue and assisting the regulatory reporting team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Accounting & Finance or Economics.
  • A professional qualification in accounting, auditing (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in domiciliation or audit, with experience involving SPVs being an asset.
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of other languages being considered an advantage.
