Corporate Services Financial Accountant Role OverviewThis is a challenging and rewarding position that will enable you to grow professionally in an environment where merit plays a significant role in career progression.We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in financial accounting, portfolio management, and client liaison skills to join our Corporate Services team.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage client portfolios, including preparing financial statements, managing audit processes, and coordinating bank account opening and payments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, auditors, and tax advisors on matters relating to their accounts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in preparing periodic reports and regulatory submissions for the company's entities.
  • Conduct day-to-day operations, including following up with third parties and attending to requests from senior-level staff.
  • Participate in board meetings and shareholders' meetings as required.
Key Requirements:
  • Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Audit experience would be beneficial but not essential.
