Incident Response Manager Role

This position involves leading and managing high-profile incident response engagements across a wide variety of clients and sectors. The ideal candidate will have broad technical knowledge across networks, operating systems, cloud platforms, and virtualization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead incident response teams to rapidly deploy and operate EDR and forensic tools to investigate and contain threats.
  • Conduct threat hunting, digital forensics, malware analysis, and post-breach operations to identify IOCs and anomalies.
  • Deliver detailed incident reports including entry vectors, threat actor activity, recovered artefacts, and recommendations.
  • Support technical expert witness engagements and legal investigations with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of the incident lifecycle, malware analysis, reverse engineering, and threat intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience with EDR tools such as CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, Windows Defender ATP/MDE, Blackberry Cylance, and Symantec ATP.
  • Excellent technical knowledge across networks, operating systems, cloud platforms, and virtualization.
  • Proven ability to deliver detailed incident reports and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
