Job Title: Healthcare Operations Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving project planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams within a Cúram Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation. This position is embedded within the Programme Senior Management Team and requires collaboration with clinical, technical, and vendor teams to ensure alignment of milestones and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the programme
  • Maintain accurate project documentation to support operational readiness and knowledge transfer
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy, cybersecurity, and patient safety standards
  • Contribute to Project Management Office best practices and represent the EHR Programme in internal forums
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across assigned workstreams
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of milestones and deliverables
  • Proactively manage project risks, issues, benefit estimation, and dependencies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in healthcare IT or EHR implementations
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Meditech Expanse or other EHR platforms
  • Project management certification
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and digital transformation initiatives
