Job Profile

We are seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Professional to join our team. As a skilled brow expert, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, providing brow services, and collaborating with colleagues.

  • Sales Goals: Meet individual retail targets agreed with the manager, build connections with customers, demonstrate products effectively.
  • Brow Services: Offer waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customers love their brows and return for repeat appointments.
  • Teamwork: Assist all team members to ensure all counter and business needs are met efficiently.
  • Promotions and Events: Support in-store or external events and charity initiatives.
  • Administration: Complete daily and weekly reports as needed, assist with administration tasks.
  • Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
Requirements

To succeed as a Brow and Beauty Expert, you should possess:

  • A dynamic and enthusiastic personality.
  • A passion for makeup and retail sales.
  • A results-driven mindset, willing to take on challenges.
  • A desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and holiday periods.
  • A minimum of 6 months' retail experience.
